Temporary Support Placement-This service will be customized to allow our clients to utilize an employee on a temporary basis for a defined period of time. This allows the client to have flexibility in determining how often or for what length of time their needs would constitute the use of temporary help.
On-Site Staff Management-Based on the customized needs of the client, Perimeter may staff one or more Account Managers to recruit and manage the day-to-day activities of the employees on the job site if the volume and specific client needs constitute doing so.
- Temp to Hire Placement-This service allows a client to utilize a qualified employee for a designated period of time and gives the option of taking on the employee as their own at the end of the period with no additional fee. It also allows the client to evaluate the employee and decide if he or she would be a person they would want to add to their staff.
Payrolling Option-This option is available for those clients who wish to recruit their own help but do not wish to add the employee to their payroll. Perimeter will incur the burden of taking on the employee and handling the associated fees and expenses of adding a new employee to a payroll. However, since the recruiting piece of the placement would be up to the client, Perimeter is able to supply this option at a lower fee.
- Direct Hire Placement-This service provides the client with Perimeter’s expert recruiting knowledge and experience to find the best candidate for a particular position in which the client would pay a flat fee and may take the employee on as their own immediately. Perimeter will also offer a guarantee of your satisfaction in this service which you will not find from other staffing agencies.
